Mechanical & electrical design
We design the machine before we cut metal. Mechanical CAD for frames, guarding and fixtures; electrical schematics for power and control. One coherent set of drawings the whole build follows.
Fabrication, mounting & wiring
Frames, enclosures and mechanical assembly, then control panels wired and labelled to the schematics. Sensors, actuators and drives mounted and connected, ready for power-up.
Integration & commissioning
PLC, HMI, robotics and vision brought online together, tested as one system, and tuned on the floor. Handed over as a complete system, with documentation and a knowledge transfer to your team.

The machine or cell itself, built, installed and running on your floor, tested against the agreed spec.
Program files & backups
PLC, HMI and robot programs plus project backups, handed over so your team can maintain the system.

How the system works, how it's deployed, how to keep it running.
Team training
Walkthrough sessions for your engineers, operators, or maintenance team.
Acceptance test report
Written test results against the criteria agreed up front. Pass/fail, traceable.
Bug-fix warranty
Defined warranty period in every contract. We fix what we shipped.
Spare parts list
