Materials and files
Which materials do you use?
PLA, PETG, PA-CF and TPU. If you are not sure which one fits, tell us what the part does and we will recommend one.
Which files do you accept?
Through the form: STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ, IGES, DXF, DWG, ZIP, PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 50 MB each and at most 5 files in a message. For larger files, write to us by email.
I have no 3D model. Can you help?
Yes. We design the part in CAD and make the prototype. Send us a sketch, photos with dimensions or the old part and tell us what it does. We reply with a quote for the design and the prototype.
Quotes and lead times
How do I get a quote?
Send us the file through the contact form or by email, and tell us how many pieces you need and what the part does. We reply with the price and the lead time, during working hours.
When will you reply?
During working hours, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.
Do I need an account?
No. You write to us through the form or by email, with no account.
Delivery
How do you deliver?
By courier, across Romania. The shipping cost is in the quote.
Do you deliver outside Romania?
For now we deliver only in Romania.
Confidentiality
What happens to my files?
They stay confidential (NDA by default), on servers in the EU. We use them only to quote and print your parts. Files sent through the form are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Confidentiality applies by default to every file. If your company needs a signed agreement, write to us.
Invoices
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. We invoice companies and individuals, and invoices also reach e-Factura (SPV).
How do I pay?
You get the payment details together with the quote.
